  Good standard local pub, seperate restaurant and bar areas, beer garden and car park at the back, nice well cooked food, dog friendly, good pit stop lunch spot

  Had food here a few months back as only place available at short notice on a Sunday. When I asked at the bar about local ales on sale I was met with both rudness and sarcasm followed by I asume locals finding this amusing for some strange reason. If that wasnt bad enough the food took ages to be served and when it finally arrived was under cooked, when staff bothered to ask how the food was and told it was under cooked I was dutifully told I was incorrect, they took the food to confirm with kitchen staff and came back and apologised as it was under cooked. Only reason I would give it one star is I didn't have to pay for the food which by then I could not bear to eat, overall a dreadfull place. Bar man needs a lesson in manners and customer service. # Herendous!
